"Tim Honey and the Honey family are not only wonderful to do business with but are wonderful people as well. I had a hot tub that was no longer working which I was quite upset about. He spoke to me personally sent Crystal to pick up my tub so they could evaluate it(She is amazing!) he called me in the next two hours with news about my Spa. Since the tub was older and it wasn’t worth getting it fixed he helped me with getting a new tub and made the entire process easy. If you want to deal with an amazing company call Honey Spas you won’t be disappointed."
-Nina I.
"I am really happy to have met Tim and his wife. He has helped me a great deal to sort out issues with an older hot tub and even some wiring problems. Plus he is a pleasure to talk with. Honest people, which I REALLY appreciate!"
-Scott D.
"Since buying my reconditioned hot tub they have been great to work with. Service in a timely manner and advice when needed."

"Honey Spas knows how to satisfy their costumers and provided great and friendly service. They fixed a leak on my spa the same day I called for service and got my spa running immediately. I had a party the upcoming weekend and Honey Spas quick and quality service allowed me to use my spa to celebrate the holiday. Thank you!"
-Kimberly K.
"I had an old spa that couldn’t even hold water and was falling apart. Honey Spas gave me a huge discount for my old useless spa and built a spa that was custom and helped my specific medical needs. They even let me come in and tell them where I wanted my jets to be. I use my spa nearly every night!
Would highly recommend."

"First and Foremost- I LOVE MY SPA!! The Honey's are patient with new owners, dedicated to an excellent product, and stand by their word 100%. I would happily recommend this company for anyone looking for a wonderful product and service that is truly a step above."

"It's really good to know you're working with a family run "Mom & Pop" shop. You're not just a number. We needed some work done on our swim spa and they were very fast getting to us and took care of everything we needed plus more. It's so comforting knowing Tim Honey and family are just a phone call away. They stand by their product and are more than ready and willing to help out when ever called on."

"Honey Spas was great to work with and we are extremely satisfied with everything from ordering to delivery of our 17’ swim spa. That is the short review, this is the long version. One of the things I liked about Honey Spas is they had prices on a lot of their items instead of the other companies that feel like you’re dealing with a bad used car salesperson. I felt no pressure to buy anything when talking with Tim and he recommended a lot of cost saving ideas instead of up-selling me. We ordered the 17’ swim spa and the only additional cost was delivery, which was understandable since I live in KS and they are in PA. Tim and his wife stayed in close contact about the progress of the spa and when it would be delivered. They delivered the spa themselves and sent updates along the way and even sent a post card from one of their stops on the way back. We have been using the spa for almost a month and we are loving it. We use it almost every day and our family is very happy with it. Recommendations for swim spas. If you have 4 or more people using the spa regularly, or you have swimmers over 6’ I would recommend the 17’ spa. My son is 6’-5” and I am 6’-1” and we can goof around and swim without hitting the sides or each other the whole time. If you don’t have a big family then the 15’ would be fine. The swim jets are plenty powerful for most swimmers, my daughter likes using them but I prefer using a swim tether. You can find them online for under $30. We actually use the swim jets for games and goofing around a lot. They push you around more than you think and it interesting watching the kids get pushed around by the jets. Our spa is indoors and we have the temperature set at 93. If you do place indoors be prepared to buy an exhaust fan. We used a 350 cfm inline fan and that seems to pull the moisture out at a good rate. Another must have accessories is a basketball goal. We got one that goes over the door and screwed it to the wall. If you are looking for a pool that you can use year round, swim and play around in, and not cost a fortune in water and electrical bills, a swim spa is what you need. Thanks again Tim and your team at Honey Spas for the perfect swim spa."
- Jason D.
"Everyone at Honey Spas exceeded our expectations throughtout the entire process of making our hot tub dream a reality. They were very patient and informative from the beginning, which dramatically helped us customize our hot tub according to our specific needs. We had an existing power source for the hot tub which needed to be relocated, and they were extremely helpful with recommending an electrician that was familiar with their hot tubs. Furthermore, the electrician was able to do this small job on short notice for a reasonable price! The delivery & installation was quick & easy, and everyone was so helpful & polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. It's also nice to know that Honey Spas is just a phone call away if I have question or I need something for the hot tub."

“I called around to find a company to winterize my spa. After 3 calls, I landed on Honey Spas, and decided to give them a try. I completely forgot my appointment I had made with them My secretary buzzed me to say people were at my house. I left in a hurry, getting there about 45 minutes later than I should have. I was surprised to see a young lady and young man hard at work, my tub completely drained, and they were both hard a work cleaning it and just going about their business. When they finished the young lady brought me the bill and explained it to me. I paid her and she asked “would you like to be put on the schedule to be opened in, say April?” I told her I would. Sure enough I received a very nice thank you note, and in it they mentioned they would call me in April to schedule a date to reopen. Quite a class act I would say.”
- Sam W.
“I left a review on Yelp. I only left 5 stars because that was the best they had. I was terribly late but when I got there your team was already hard at it. I appreciated the young lady explaining the bill and then she suggested a follow-up call for re-open in April. Outstanding staff!”
- Sam W.
“Recently bought a nice higher end 2015 60 jet 2 pump Barefoot spa in great condition for a very fair price. Had some initial small problem that was solved right away by them. They also included a new cover that they initially didn’t have in stock but gave us one of theirs until the new one came in. Tim also gave me some good advice when needed help reinforcing my deck which was appreciated. Ellyn also has been very nice to work with. I have been dealing with them for four years as we had a Coleman spa before this one. Overall my experiences in dealings with them have been good.”
- Terry M.
“Have been using Honey Spas for service for some time now. They are always responsive with terrific customer service.”
- Jon N.
“I love the team at honey spas. They are all about customer service. I purchased a hot tub from them last year, and have had nothing but great experiences, the entire team seems to truly care about their customer. I would recommend them to anyone.”
- Enrique C.
“Honey Spas is wonderful to work with. They do all they can to make you a happy client. They are quick to respond to requests or questions and are reasonable in their rates. The pick-up and delivery are done quickly and with a smile!”
- Sarah E.
“It has been a pleasure doing business with Honey Spas. Tim, Ellyn and Krystal are dedicated to their business and their customers. You won’t find more competitive prices or better customer service.”
- Kim H.
“Very pleasant and professional. They stand behind their work and will take the time to educate you on how to properly use and care for the spas.”
- M Gordon.
“We have an older hot tub that had been giving us problems and we wanted it fixed before the 4th of July as expecting lots of family staying with us for that week. Honey spas did their best to come out and fix it before then. Unfortunately the part we fixed was not the entire problem -they came back out and worked on it again-needing a new control board which after talking with us -we agreed a new one was the way to go -they have ordered it-hope this will be the fix! Everyone from those on the phone to those that came out and worked on the hot tub have been friendly courteous and professional.”
- James O.
“The team from honey Spas did a terrific job removing my wood rotted old hot tub. They were very professional and careful in what they did and cleaned up very nicely afterward. I would gladly hire them again if I had another bad hot tub but luckily I don't.”
- Steve S.
“Our hot tub was delivered today and we received terrific customer service from start to finish. Great experience!!”

“Our Honey Spas Swim Spa is one of the best things my wife and I have bought in our retirement. Any time I had a question, and called them, they always answered, and if they didn't know the answer, they put me in touch with someone who did know the answer. We have had a lot of fun in our swim spa as our granddaughter will attest. It's just so nice to be able to go out into the hot tub and sit and relax, or go into the pool end and receive a great workout swimming against the jets. I don't have to go farther then my back yard to do either. Recently, I had a problem with one of the parts that creates the chlorine. I found out it needed to be cleaned. Honey Spas were out the next day to fix it, and our house is an hour away from their show room and center. Their service after the sale doesn't stop. I've talked to other people that have bought swim spas and have asked me about mine. They couldn't believe what we paid for it. They had looked at similar spas as mine that were $10,000 or more then my Honey spa, and my swim spa was just as good or better then the one they were telling me about. Since I've met him, Tim Honey and I have created a friendship, all because we purchased his product. That's the kind of guy Tim is. When I first met him, we had a long conversation about his swim spas he was selling. During our talk, I'm thinking, "Is this guy what he says he is?" Believe me, Tim Honey is the real deal. His word is his bond. I think that's why we have struck up a friendship. I like guys like Tim. What he says is what he means. You don't have to worry about that. He works for his customers and gives them a good product at a good price. Can't say enough good about Honey Spas and Tim Honey and his family owned spas and hot tubs. There are plenty of hot tubs, and swim spas out there. Go look at them, then go look at Honey Spas to compare quality and price. I think you'll like what you see. If you have any questions, you may contact me at coachpisco@comcast.net<mailto:coachpisco@comcast.net>. I promise I will be brutally honest to any questions you have for me.
PS: I just finished reading all the negative reviews about Honey Spas. I can’t answer to problems with used spas, but I found that if you are nice to people, and treat them with respect, they will do the same for you. In some of the negative reviews, it sounds like some of you didn’t treat Tim as an equal. One of you talked about Tim degrading Christianity. Tim and I also had a talk about religion while I was there. I’m Catholic, he’s a Mason. Never once in that conversation did Tim degrade me or Christianity. In fact, I was in the hospital last week with AFib and he shot me a text that he and his family would pray that I get better. I have nothing bad to say about Tim Honey.”
- David P.
“I am very pleased with my recent pick up and disposal of my hot tub by Honey Spas. Arranging the process was simple, straightforward and efficent. The team of two showed up when they were expected. I was amazed at the organized creativity watching these 2 committed employees move this spa from the back of my home, down a hill and onto a trailer using 2 pipes and brut strength
From this experience I definitely recommend their services. They can be trusted to deliver quality service and genuine respect for their customers!”
- D Paschall.
“Helpful, pleasant”

“We found Honey Spas in a small ad in our local newspaper. We visited them and the first thing that struck us was that it is a family run company, with family ethics and ideals. At first, I thought it was a "put on", but Tim Honey, the owner, is a genuine guy. What he says is what he means, and over the time we have dealt with them, I've found that to be very true. His wife Ellyn, is the co-owner and is a very friendly person. They both really just want to make you feel at home, and be happy with their product. They take the time to talk with you and answer all your questions. Ben and Krystal, their adult children, know the ins and outs of the company, and are able to help/assist you also. They construct the spas and tubs from the ground up. Very knowledgeable.
My wife and I purchased a 19' swim spa. It was the best money I think we've ever spent. My daughter and granddaughter (11 years old) just LOVE the swim spa, and we are all in it a lot. We even were in it in the early days of the 2014 -15 Pennsylvania winter. It was COLD outside, but we were warm in the water and had a ball.
If we needed to ask a question, Tim, Ellyn, Ben or Krystal answered it. There were only a couple of times when we couldn't reach someone on their office or mobile phones. The Honey's are very accommodating. If we needed them to come to our house to check something out because I was clueless as to what to do, they took the hour drive from their office to my home and looked at my problem personally and explained to me how things worked, again. We are so happy with what they have sold to us.
The first winter, I said to my wife, "You know, if the electric goes out at our home (and it goes out more then it should), we're going to be in trouble if the water in the pool and tub freezes." So we called Tim and asked him about the whole house generators that he also sells. We were convinced we needed one, and knowing his service and help with our swim/spa, we purchased a whole house generator from Honey Spas. Another excellent purchase. Every Tuesday, it turns itself on at 4pm and runs for 20 mins. then turns itself off. This is a safety factor to let you know the generator is in running condition, and running properly. Yesterday, we were in the swim spa for 4 hours with my granddaughter and 3 of her friends. It was a Friday about 11:30am. All of a sudden the generator goes on. I was puzzled. Why did it go on now? And it only stayed on for about 10 mins. I thought that maybe the clock in the generator got changed some how. Well, I found out later, that the electric company had some problems in the area and they actually turned the electric off in the area. I was really happy to know that our generator did what it was supposed to do in a real life situation, even though it had been given a test of the electric going off when it was installed.
Tim Honey and his company are wonderful to work with. They have two excellent products that we have purchased. We are more then happy with both of them (the swim/spa and the generator), and are enjoying the swim/spa almost daily.
I know this review sounds too good to be true, but it is true. We didn't know the Honey's before meeting them for the first time after reading their ad in the paper, but we're sure glad we went to talk to them. If you deal with the Honey's I know they will give you the same kind of family service that they have given to us. Their word is their bond, something that you don't find very much of in today's world. Their products are first class.”

“Great family owned local company. I bought a hot tub that need repair when I bought it preowned. Honey Spas put me on the calendar with a date that worked for me and showed up on time. The Spa was repaired and I was enjoying the hot tub in my backyard! I have bought several items and also a new hot tub cover. I am very happy with this companies service and will be back for my items to keep my hot tub in top shape! Thank you!!!”
- Patrick M.
“The best @ spa repair. We had an 2 emergencies and they handled both repairs, so our party could go off without a hitch. Thanks Tim and Ben!”
- Jeff F.
“I absolutely love our hot tub! We purchased a refurbished/reconditioned tub from Honey Spas a few months back and are beyond pleased with our whole experience. They set us up with the perfect tub for our family and delivery/installation went down without a hitch. After daily use the chemicals started irritating me and my kiddos skin. Honey Tubs suggested a salt water generator. They installed it for us and we couldn't be happier. We now have a lot less chemicals in our water - our skin and our water feels better! These guys have went above and beyond - I would recommend them to everyone : )”

“A friend who lives in Schwenksville, PA, gifted me and my husband a six-person hot tub. We contacted every moving company within an 80 mile radius and they all said "We do not move hot tubs". So finally, I thought...why not contact a business that sells hot tubs to find out who they hire to delivery their hot tubs? That was when my husband contacted several hot tub retailers, and found out that only ONE in the region (within an 80 mile radius of Philadelphia) offers that service.
Honey Spas did a very good job of relocating the hot tub from our friend's house in Schwenksville, PA to our residence in Philadelphia, PA They were prompt, friendly and adept. The tub weighs about 600 lbs and they charged us $800.
Now we need to wait until we have the money to order the chemicals and purchase a new control panel. It should be up and running by Autumn.”
- Andrea S.
“I did not read the reviews before hand. There are usually many other factors not disclosed by an unhappy customer. Remember there are always 2 sides to every story. Working in multiple businesses myself I find negative reviews NOT helpful. Most negative reviews are usually people wanting something for nothing, or not reading policies. That said, we walked in at 140pm on a Saturday afternoon to just look. As you pull in signs CLEARLY states used or refurbished sold as is. We were not hounded by a sales person. They were friendly and courteous. We told them we knew it was closing time and they told us not to worry. We never left until 330pm.(They close at 2pm) We did not make a purchase that day, as a person who came from retail investing in time and someone not making a purchase is sometimes disheartening, but we developed a relationship with these people. We arrived the following week with our decision . From beginning to end this was an extremely easy, professional, and hassel free service. No I am not related. Would absolutely do business with this company again. Thank you for allowing me to be a pain when I called with questions that were already answered and I forgot.”
- Maria E.
“Everyone was very helpfull in trying to fix our old tub. When they found the plumbing was a mess and te pumps were bad they made us a great deal on a used one. Tim took the time to explai all of the chemicals, expected us to call with questions and even offered us a choice of a different tub when one came in before our delivery. We would have loved to buy a new tub from them but our budget wouldnt allow it. Thank you honey tubs!”
- Karl F.
“What a great experience. Tim listened to what we wanted, Ellyn gave great input as to color options and matching cover colors to tub sides and Krystal showed up (with Rick who also did an excellent job!) and got us set up in no time!
Controls are simple, light kit is great for evening enjoyment without using other lights that attract bugs, and salt system works fine. 100% satisfied!”
- Carol L.
“These people could not be any more helpful for any hot tub owner. No matter the problems i had with my used tub i was ALWAYS treated as if i was their number one concern. The staff always made it a point to ensure my tub was running like new. They stand behind their work and go out of their way to make sure my problems were solved as quickly as possible. I started as a friend when i walked in and now i feel like i have new friends.”
- Greg C.
“Thanks Ellyn & Kristin (?) for all your help! We don't own a Honey Spa...ours is a second hand other brand not purchased from them...but you would never know it by the level of customer care we have received! Thank you...thank you...thank you...for all the e-mails & time in store spent with both my hubby & I, as we worked through our crazy water issues & 1st time spa owners! Our water is sparkling today! You are our go-to spa supply store without a doubt! Have a blessed day!”
